Having grown up together in the Whitewell Metropolitan Tabernacle Church, Belfast, Eddie Lister, Paul Cairns, Jonathan Cairns and Glenn McClelland met for lunch in June 2004. That lunch break ran into the early hours of the following morning and from that, Simple Faith was formed. After many years singing together in the Tabernacle Choir the dream of becoming a 4-piece vocal group had become a reality.
Simple Faith have a real passion to worship and serve the Lord Jesus Christ, which is evident through the music they sing. They have been ministering in Churches and events across Ireland and Scotland. They also minister regularly in Whitewell Metropolitan Tabernacle, singing in front of 2000 people. Most recently they have supported Andrae Crouch, Israel Houghton & New Breed in Dublin, Guy Penrod in Belfast, (this being Guys only UK concert) and also Divine Authorities Gospel Concert headlined by George Hamilton IV.
Simple Faith have a unique sound, inspired by the likes of, The Gaither Vocal Band, Philips, Craig & Dean, The Hoppers and Ernie Haase & Signature Sound and many more gospel artists.
God has blessed Simple Faith with 4 albums: Road to Redemption, The Cross, Defining Moment and Uncomplicated being released this August.
